Arriving from Termini Station

From Termini Station, you can easily walk, once in the station take the exit for Via Giolitti, from there take the cross street Via Gioberti and walk for 4 minutes until you reach the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. From the square in front of the church, four roads start, take the tree-lined one (Via Carlo Alberto), after a hundred meters you will find us on the left side at civic number 4 (the entrance is the same as Hotel Montreal).

Reception

The reception is located on the 4th floor and is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Do not hesitate to come for any kind of advice or need, for example if you need to book tickets for a visit, print a voucher or the boarding pass of the flight, book a restaurant etc.

Up to 9:00 pm we are still in the area and can be contacted by phone or ringing the intercom on the road.

Check-in

This is the main door with the intercom on the right, our buzzer is at the top left.

From 10:00 am you can check-in and leave your bags.
Arrivals are allowed until 9:00 pm.

For direct bookings, for night arrivals after 9:00 pm please contact us in advance to arrange independent access to the room.

Check-out

Check-out is at 11:00 am (REMEMBER TO LEAVE THE KEYS)

• If you need to leave your bags during the day, please let us know the scheduled time you will come back to pick them up as soon as possible.
  Lock them inside your room and leave the keys in the mailbox next to the apartment door.
  We will ensure your belongings are kept safe and will have them ready for you at the designated time.


• If you don’t need to leave the bags just leave the keys always in the mailbox next to the door of the apartment and close the door getting out.
