In the center of Rome, inside the railway ring, almost all the parking lots are delimited by blue stripes with a cost of € 1 per hour from 8:00 am to 7:00pm (on public holidays you don't pay).
If you pay 4 consecutive hours you get a bonus of 8 hours, so the whole day costs € 7.

The ticket must be made to the machines located on the street (there is one just next to our door), as you put the money in, the display updates the parking end time, once you reach 7:00 pm it automatically switches to 8:00 am of the following day until the time you think you are going to move the car.

The very rare parking spots with white stripes are with parking disc for up to 3 hours.

An underground car park is available 500 meters away (8 minutes walking) at € 16 per day (€ 10 for motorcycle),open from 05:30 am to 01:00 am, here is the address:
